Humanities are a part of the knowledge means of civilization, as a goal contained in the Manifest of the Second Step of the Islamic Revolution. The pathological evaluation of the promotion condition of Humanities according to the literature of the substantial governance is one of the necessities with the purpose of understanding the obstacles as well as weaknesses. This article seeks to follow the mentioned goal, applying the conceptual literature of the governance for knowledge, theoretical approach stemmed from the statements of the supreme leader of I.R.I, and the multi analytic methods (namely SWOT, SOAR, and PESTEL). For this purpose, the e-questioner among 162 experts has been used to explore, weight, and prioritize the promotion condition of Humanities via the formulas related to setting variables and clusters. The most significant findings and results have been considered in the axes as follow: the macro dimensions of promotion, the content aspects of promotion, the pathological-organizational evaluation of the Council for Humanities Promotion, believing in the dignity of Humanities, the processing plan of the higher educations for promotion, the appropriateness between Humanities and society’s needs, students’ motivation and academic staffs’ involvement, the activists in the governance for Humanities, as well as the current priorities, strengths, and weaknesses.

Cyberspace and social networks are both treasure troves and minefields. For a uniform practice and wise stance among officials of the government, there is a need for adopting a macro strategy pattern in confrontation with the generality of virtual world and the social networks in particular. This paper has tried to make use of multifaceted theoretical considerations in reviewing Leader’s views on cyberspace with an emphasis on social networks. To that end, we have first conducted exploratory interviews with experts to gain access to components and areas of concentration. Then, Leader’s past-decade statements went under strategic analysis based on thematic analysis of findings. In sum, the most important findings and results have been oriented toward designing a strategy pattern. This pattern includes current strengths, current weaknesses, potential opportunities, threats, as well as underlying reasons for threats, necessities and considerations.
